About Sun Henna: natural Moroccan henna
Sun Henna is a natural henna brand and studio based in Casablanca, at 52 Boulevard Zerktouni. Our henna comes from Foum Zguid, in the South-East of Morocco, where the Anti-Atlas meets the Sahara. The leaves of Lawsonia inermis are hand-picked, sun-dried and finely sifted, with nothing added.
We believe beauty should be natural, honest and rooted in tradition. Real henna stains reddish-brown, never black, so we never sell or use black henna, which often contains PPD, a chemical dye that can cause serious skin reactions. No chemical boosters, no artificial dyes, no shortcuts.
Today Sun Henna serves clients, brides, artists, students and beauty professionals: henna sessions at our studio, bridal henna across Morocco, henna powder and ready-to-use kits, and classes and certification in Casablanca and online, led by henna artist and painter Yous Sufi.
